Constructed from precision-grade steel exceeding BS 708 A 37, these cylinders deliver high tensile strength and an elastic modulus three times greater than aluminium. A triple-layer protective coating—comprising 40µm flame spray galvanising, an anti-oxidising RAL 9010 precoat, and a smooth lacquer finish—ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance and durability. Supplied O₂ clean for mixed gas compatibility, the cylinders are ready for Nitrox or Trimix use when assembled with O₂ clean valves and components.
The kit includes a complete 232 Bar M25 x 2 EN-144-3 manifold with integrated central isolator and dual convertible INT/G 5/8 DIN outlet valves, a high-tensile polymer twin boot for vertical storage, and stainless steel bands with extra-long threaded bar, washers, and nuts. With a total gas capacity of 5568 Litres when fully charged, this twin set offers outstanding performance and reliability for both recreational and technical diving.
