Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by adding items to your basket and proceeding to checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Klarna and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely to protect your personal information.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to amend or cancel it for you. Once an order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.
Delivery & Collection
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Standard delivery usually arrives within 3 working days after dispatch. Please allow extra time for remote areas, the Highlands, or Ireland.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes — Click & Collect is available free of charge from our Stockport store:
UbaScuba, Unit 4 Victoria Works, Hempshaw Lane, Stockport, SK1 4LG.
Do you deliver internationally?
At present, UbaScuba delivers within the UK only. We are exploring international shipping options for the future.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.
How do I return an item?
Simply contact our customer service team with your order number to arrange a return. We’ll provide full instructions to make the process quick and easy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Products & Warranty
Are your products genuine?
Yes. UbaScuba only sells 100% genuine products sourced directly from trusted global brands and manufacturers.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most of our items include a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to individual product listings for details or contact us for specific warranty information.
