Our Returns Policy
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products such as mouthpieces, snorkels, regulators, and other personal gear can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, we’re happy to help. Contact our customer service team and we’ll confirm stock availability and the next steps to complete your exchange quickly.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible and cover any return shipping costs.
